Scope of Our Work…

CLIENT: DENITH ENGINEERING
VESSEL: SWIRE OFFSHORE, SEABED CONSTRUCTOR
SCOPE: KEA Projects Group was given the responsibility of installing a Denith Engineering designed, 125 ton AHC Winch and C-Frame on the Seabed Constructor, a modern and versatile subsea support and construction vessel owned by Swire Offshore and operated by Ocean Infinity.This and several more incidental work scopes were successfully completed over a two-week period.
CLIENT: AMSOL, Ocean Infinity, Marine Archaeological Consultants
VESSEL: SA Agulhas II
SCOPE: KEA Projects Group was given the responsibility of preparing the Scientific Research Vessel SA Agulhas II for the 2018/2019 Weddell Expedition to the Antarctic. This included multiple steel work modifications and deck preparations as well as the installation of ROV’s, AUV’s, Control Rooms, a USBL Pole and LARS. Additional works also included the full demobilization following the
completion of the expedition.
CLIENT: COSL (China Oil Services Limited)
VESSEL: COSL Prospector
SCOPE: On the deep water Semi-Submersible Rig Prospector KEA Projects Group provided fabrication, structural and mechanical installation services for various 3rd party equipment, including among other: Intervention Worker Control Systems (IWOCS); Mud Logging Units; SenTREE Subsea Test Tree (SSTT) Equipment; Drill floor pipelines;
and Moonpool structures.
CLIENT: ADP MARINE AND MODULAR
SCOPE: Over the course of approximately 9 months, KEA was the Principle Contractor for the assembly of a Modular Processing and Recovery Plant, designed by ADP Marine and Modular.
KEA safely and successfully oversaw and completed the full trial assembly of the 38 Module
Recovery Plant, which was performed in Cape Town.
Owing to that success, KEA was further tasked with comple????ng the final assembly at Montepuez
Ruby Mine, operated and majority owned by Gemfields Group, in Cabo del Gado, Mozambique.
CLIENT: MCDERMOTT
VESSEL: MCDERMOTT AMAZON, FLEX LAY PIPE LAYER AND DIVE SUPPORT VESSEL
SCOPE: On the 200m McDermott Amazon, a flex lay pipe lay and dive support vessel, KEA oversaw and efficiently completed the luffing wire change out on the two main 440MT Huisman Offshore Mast Cranes, along with various other smaller work scopes.
